Can we have a BBC iPlayer problems update please (yes, I am in an ex NTL area (can you also tell me why that is relevant if it's a BBC fault?)) ... the BBC has no indication of any problems relating to this VM specific problem ... if it has then can anyone supply the BBC link for this fault?
iPlayer on VM is completely unusable for ANYONE that I have asked ... the BBC iPlayer has the greatest quality library of catch-up and on demand in the country ... and is now available on latest freeview ...so sort it quickly please VM, keep us informed - because we know it works through the V+ boxes etc (admittedly with your resources) so YOU can cure it. IF THE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK ...change the system.
There has been NO time given for any fix ...and no guarantees of a fix! ...dating back to at least May this year.
THAT IS awful customer relations.
