I've been encountering internet dropouts since the 2nd of September, each one only lasting approx. 2 or 3 minutes before it comes back. When it does come back I always have a new WAN IP. This happens two or 3 times per week (and twice in one day on the 11/09!).

When the dropout occurs, all the lights on the superhub 1 are lit up (the traffic light stays blue but stops flashing) so it's not the modem rebooting (although I can't connect to the status page whilst this is happening). The superhub is in modem mode with a Draytek 2130 router plugged into it, and likewise the draytek is fine as I can see everything on my local network during the dropout.

There are no timeouts on the superhub and all the power levels/SNR are fine. I can't see it being a problem with the Draytek as that wouldn't cause the WAN IP to change (as far as I'm aware!). There doesn't appear to be a pattern to the drop outs as I've had them at different points in the day, sometimes almost a week apart and other times a day apart. The only thing it might coincide with is the completion of the infrastructure upgrade for the 200mb roll out in my area (that seemed to completed at the beginning of September).

So far it's relatively minor but it is incredibly frustrating when a Netflix or an online game suddenly cuts out due to the drop! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Gary.
