I'm having difficulty with a new email sub-account. Today I created a new email sub-account using the prescribed method. (Signing in into my principle account > My Profile > Manage accounts > Create New Account and filling in the details).

The new sub-account seemed to create fine. But when I returned to my list of sub-accounts, the new one doesn't show up; only my two existing sub accounts are listed.

If I try to log into the webmail for my new sub-account, it acts like it doesn't exist.

If I return to "My Profile > Manage accounts > Create New Account" and try to create the account again, it reports that the email address I want is now unavailable.

I've looked for a possible confirmation email in my main account, but there doesn't seem to be one.

So, what is going on, please? Is there a lead time before a new account becomes available or is it supposed to be instant?
