Hi,

I'm Michael Radmore.

I own removed@ntlworld.com.

I tried to create a new email account - removed@virginmedia.com - as follows.

On the 'My Profile' page I clicked 'Manage Accounts'

On the 'Manage other My Virgin Media accounts' page I clicked 'Create a new account'

On the 'Create a new account' page I entered my name - Michael Radmore - and the email address I wanted - removed - and clicked 'Check Availability'

Lo and behold the account was not available

This is because it WAS available yesterday when I first tried to create it but when I clicked 'Create  account' after entering a password I got the 'Oops, something's broken' page

This is far from the first time I've had trouble trying to set up new email accounts

I currently have the following accounts:

removed@ntlworld.com

removed@ntlworld.com

removed@ntlworld.com

removed@ntlworld.com

removed@virginmedia.com

If I click the 'View/Change' link for - removed@virginmedia.com - I get the 'Oops, something's broken' page

Why?

Why does this always happen when I try to create new accounts?

It seems to me there is something wrong with my master account

Please fix as a matter of urgency as the new account is required for communication with a court.

As a matter of fact all I really need to do is change 'removed' to 'removed'

If you can do that I'll be happy
