Hi - I have more than one email account with the old ntlworld addresses.
One is working fine on my smart-phone, but another one has stopped working since the middle of July.
I did try to logon from work using a browser and forgot my password, but I have since reset it.
Mail on my Mac seems to be picking up the emails to this account fine, but my smart-phone (with logon credentials renewed to the new password) only says: 'Cannot Get Mail: The mail server 'imap.ntlworld.com' is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in mail settings'
Yet I've checked against the other email account, and everything seems to be the same (with obvious exceptions).
Can you please help?
