for the past 2 or 3 weeks I have had problems accessing my email address, its got to the point now where i cant log into my virgin account because my email address isnt recognised at all. I was a virgin customer up until september/october 2011 &  have used my ntlworld email address since then without any problems until recently.  Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Im currently living abroad so can only email virgin who arent replying.   I've looked at posts which say email accounts may have been orphaned, but it it is still possible to send emails to my address although I cannot access them. Could anyone give any advice on how to access my account even if its just to copy important info & contacts to a different address. The problem with it still being possible to send emails to my ntlworld address is that some contacts are unaware that I cannot access the account & I may be missing important information. Any info or help about this would be greatly appreciated, thanks
