Frakes was an extremely conniving, greedy, and dangerous man. He was ruthless in his actions as he was willing to hurt/kill anyone, even if the person in question was a child. He also refused to let his victims go when he got what he wanted and would instead kill them with no remorse at all. And it's even implied that Michael and Tommy weren't his first victims. He was also an unfair man as he pointed his gun at Michael rather than accept his deal to let Tommy go in exchange for the "gold". He only accepted the deal because Michael convinced him it wouldn't get him anywhere. He displayed little care for his henchmen as well as a terrible temper, considering he would often push them around and insult them when things didn't go as planned and abandoned Jonas in a hole so he could shoot Michael dead for tricking him.
