Since every industrial product takes shape in a mold, especially automotive parts, so demands of high precision mold in Vietnam is getting higher, according to Mr. Duangdej Yuaikwarmdee, Deputy Managing Director and General Manager Vietnam of Reed Tradex Co., Ltd.
He added thatif Vietnamese mold makers developed their production line, so that they are stronger with better technologies, skills, knowledge, they will possess more competitiveness, earn more opportunities from the foreign investors and help the country reduce trade deficit derived from the import of industrial parts.
As seen from General Statistics, there was a significant increase of 6.96% in Vietnam’s Gross Domestic Product in 2014, with the rise of auto-parts export playing a key role in driving the country’s economy. Plus, according to Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung, the strong exports in 2015 will continue to drive growth of the country’s economy.
