Phalguni Sabzi
Mixed Vegetables and fresh methi leaves cooked in a light coriander sauce and garnished with roasted garlic and cream tasted real good with neer dosa and butter naan.
When at Banjara Melting Pot dont forget to taste the specially made pickles the sweet mango and date pickle was yum with the fish gassi and chilly pickle tasted yum with the chicken gassi the lime pickle tasted good with phalguni sabzi.

we were offered champagne cocktail to cleanse our pallet before the desserts we truly enjoyed this drink it had champagne, apple juice and lychee juice.
