Members of Newark's Dominican community sang the Caribbean nation's national anthem, el Himno Nacional Dominicano, while hoisting the Dominican flag outside City Hall on Monday evening, Aug. 29. It was the 13th Dominican flag raising in Newark, where a parade and all-day festival will be held on Sunday.
