Newsbrief: The third Bitsummit festival will return to Kyoto on July 11th and 12th. The newly formed Japan Independent Games Aggregate (JIGA) will oversee the planning and execution, with help from Indie MEGABOOTH, who has run events at PAX Prime and East.
Last year, the event was attended by over 5000 people and 100 developers.
