Conrad Electronic regularly ranks amongst Europe’s top 10 online webshops. Now Conrad webshops in Scandinavia will add personalized, real-time customer engagement using the Vergic Engage Platform. The goal: further improve their already world-class sites and online customer service.

Conrad online webshops, which today encompass 15 local European languages, set the pace of the company’s order intake and customer support processes. While Scandinavian sites log millions of visitors each month, Conrad believes that providing great personal service to each individual is the key.

The Vergic software will be deployed as a web browser application on Conrad’s Swedish and Danish language sites, which makes adding customer engagement functionality to Conrad’s online customer service system quick and easy.
