2014-01-28

Welcome to 2014, the year of the oodles of openings all across Las Vegas. Sixty-one restaurants, lounges and nightclubs have already laid out plans to infiltrate Sin City by the end of the year. Some have already tipped their concepts. Others, such as some of the projects going Downtown, haven't even decided on a name. The cavalcade of big names includes Bobby Flay, Giada De Laurentiis, Guy Fieri, Daniel Boulud and Masaharu Morimoto. Big projects such as The Linq and SLS Vegas have their own subset of restaurants and bars going in with a majority of The Linq opening this spring and SLS debuting at the end of 2014. Here's a look at what's on the horizon for restaurant and bar openings in 2014 in no particular order. See something missing? Drop it in the comments or send an email to vegas@eater.com.
