He was so looking forward to it and his dad being there, but it just didn't happen. There were things that were supposed to happen when he became 16, however they never materialized and he was very disappointed. The young man had been very sad and thought that good things weren't going to happen to him and only bad things were going to happen to him. He didn't want to think that but that sure was looking like it was happening to him. To make it seem real, he was keeping a journal of the things that weren't happening during his 16th birthday. His dad told him that he had been watching him ever since he had died three months before and had been proud of him in his accomplishments.
