“a new level of luxury”

essie Encrusted Treasures Collection for 2013 is a beautiful textured polish collection filled with glittery dimension and finishes from caviar-like beads to molten metals and semi-precious stones.  Today I have two from the collection to swatch for you - Lots of Lux and Hors D’Oeuvres.  They are divine!

hors d’oeuvres and lots of lux

hors d’oeuvres is described as a “platinum gold with iridescent silver glitter”.

hors d’oeuvres has a surprisingly gorgeous golden glitter base that builds up beautifully!

3 coats hors d’oeuvres – this polish was surprisingly easy to work with and the glitter spread evenly.  The effect on the nails gives them a very reflective and “gilded gold” look – perfect for the holidays through the New Year!

lots of lux is described as a “shimmering lapis lazuli with a superfine matte finish”

lots of lux is a matte textured polish with lots of blue and reflective green glitters – it is so beautiful on!
