This home was on the weekly drop back in November where they claimed this home was walking distance to Richmond Center and the sky train stations – a complete lie.  They removed that part of the description 3 months ago but are still $100K above their price from November.  They paid roughly $1.1 million for the lot in 2010 and I’ll be generous and say they put $1 million into the build.  That makes $2.1 million which is close to their assessment – they initially list the place at $3.8 million!!!  I hope I see this one in foreclosure
