Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
To manage activities for a project or program.

Salary Range

$38,400.00 to $48,000.00, annually. Commensurate with experience.

Specific Job Related Duties

Coordinate key activities associated with a major fundraising campaign to include: campaign volunteer assignments, regional campaign events, and major donor site visits.

Responsible for generating reports on campaign activities and campaign progress using the department’s software (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge).

Responsible for monitoring the campaign website and working with Development Communications and Development Services to update as needed (Blackbaud NetCommunity).

Manage a tracking/monitoring system for all details associated with campaign events.

Assist with volunteer recruitment and stewardship.

Assemble donor information packets for events and meetings.

Prepare campaign related letters directed to major donors and volunteers and other correspondence.

Provide staff support for special campaign events.

Responsible for ensuring that goals and objectives specified are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities, deadlines and funding conditions.

Determine methods and procedures for accomplishing goals and objectives.

Assess program status and implements appropriate actions.

Provide technical advice to assist in problem solving.

Serve as resource and subject matter expert.

Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.

Preferred Skill/Competency

Three years of related experience.

Experience in the field of project management.

Experience in the use of Raiser’s Edge.

Ability to demonstrate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
