DISEASE SYMPTOMS:
- The disease presents suddenly
- Vomiting intense and very frequent
- Diarrhea
- Poor general condition of the Dove
- During the first week many cases usually appear in the loft.
- Not too high rate of mortality.
- Often infections appears simultaneously by e-coli, which aggravate the problem.
- Delay in chicks that are still in the nest.
- Death of chicks in the nest, suddenly.
- Few desire to fly.
- Physical performance very low or zero.
- Yellowish or greenish watery droppings
- Swollen crop
- Thinning
CONTENTS
2 or 10 × foil pouches, each with a pipette and desiccant
2 or 10 × R buffer tubes (0.5 mL each)

TEST PROCEDURE
Dip the swab in the bird eye or anus to collect separation. Ensure there is sufficient moisture is absorbed.
Put the swab into the tube research. Shake well for better extraction.
Remove the cartridge from the bag and place horizontally.
Drip 3 drops gradually extract sample well "S".
Read the result in 5-10 minutes. Results after 10 minutes are unreliable.
INTERPETATIE OF RESULTS
- Positive: The presence of both C and T, it is not important whether the t clear or vague.
- Negative: Only clear C appears.
- Invalid: no T appears it does not matter whether or not a T appears.
