In order to meet the challenge posed by this new creed of litigants, the courts have, from time to time, evolved new rules and it is now well established that a litigant, who attempts to pollute the stream of justice or who touches the pure fountain of justice with tainted hands, is not entitled to any relief, interim or final.” Hence as per Supreme Court if a litigant lies then she is not entitled to any relief interim or final.

Similarly, the petitioner claims that she was admitted to school of correspondence by changing her name to Asmita Bhattacharya whereas annexure 19 to annexure 41, annexure 232, annexure 233, annexure 234, annexure 239, annexure 256 to annexure 269 & other annexures prove beyond doubt that she herself changed her name & kept using this name “Asmita Bhattacharya” from year 2015 to year 2016 (Affidavit & Newspaper advertisement & other such proofs annexed for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court) and also within these annexure also prove that there is no such admission within the entire school of open learning as alleged by the petitioner. In view of these lies / unclean hands / fraud on court by the petitioner & r/w the above Supreme Court judgment the petitioner is not entitled to any relief interim or final. Hence this petition/ suit/ complaint under DV Act vide case no. 95/3/16 is not maintainable in the eyes of law & is liable to be rejected.
