I’m secretly excited that the weather is getting cooler now because it means more time to escape into the Netflix zone. For the month of November we’ve scoured the titles to find out what’s new and worthy to check out but also what’s soon leaving the streaming service! Here are a few titles that are on our must watch list for the month of November…get your popcorn bowl ready!
NEW SERIES
MASTER OF NONE: SEASON 1: *Netflix Original (available November 6). New Yorker Dev takes on such pilars of maturity as the first big job, a serious relationship, and busting sex offenders on the subway. Cast: Aziz Ansari, Noel Wells, Eric Wareheim.
RIVER: Series 1: (available November 18) John River is a brillian detective who’s fractured mind traps him between the living and the dead. Cast: Stellan Skarsgard, Nicola Walker, Adeel Akhtar.
JOHN MULANY: THE COMEBACK KID: *Netflix Original (available November 13) Armed with boyish charm and a sharp wit, the former “SNL” writer offers sly takes on marriage, his beef with babies and the time he met Bill Clinton. cast: John Mulany.
BOB AND DAVID: Season 1: *Netflix Original (available November 13) After being dishonorably discharged from the Navy Seals, Bob and David are back serving the country the way they do best — making sketch comedy.
MARVEL’S JESSICA JONES: *Netflix Original, Season 1: (available November 20) After a tragic ending to her short-lived Super Hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases in New York City.Cast: Krysten Ritter, David Tennant, Mike Colter.
