The 4th Annual Utility Call Center conference is a two day forum that will focus on the day-to-day demands of the utility contact center. Attendees will have the opportunity to view case study presentations, network, and attend Q&A sessions with top electric, gas, and water utilities experts. Prior to the conference, FirstFuel’s Indy Ratnathicam will be speaking at a pre-conference workshop on  the panel  titled Broadening Self-Service Options to Maximize Customer Loyalty and Exceed Company Goals.
