Location, types, specification and cost of DDA flats at Delhi
Delhi Development Authority in its scheme is coming up with about 26000 flats out of which 15000 flats are expected to be ready within this month, while 10000 flats will be ready by the end of this year and rest 1000 flats by the end of this financial year that is March 2015.
These 26000 flats will be made covering every part of Delhi. The specific locations are Rohini sector 28, 29 and 18, Narela sector A6, A10, B2 and B4, Dwarka sector 3, 18B, 26, Nasirpur, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Bindapur, Motiakhan, Mukherjee Nagar, Molar Bandh, Kondli Garoli and Loknayak Puram.
The flats wll be of four categories and will be economically friendly, These four categories are EWS (Economically weaker section), LIG (Low income group), MIG (Middle income group) and HIG (High income group). These flats are built as per Master Plan Delhi-2021.
Price of flats under Delhi Development Authority Housing Scheme 2014-15 is not yet revealed but it is assumed that it will range between 14 lakhs for EWS to 1 crore for HIG. However detail cost will be updated as soon the information is gathered.
