It's almost as if the scroll bar can not be specifically
targetted in order to modify it's color.
as a result i end up with a dark scroll bar on a dark background for the scroll bar. so it's invisible.
all i have right now is , the "roll-over" color which changes it to red.
so i can locate it on top of black.
is there a way to not touch other colors and directly modify the color of the scroll bar ?
the scroll bar is everywhere, firefox, leafpad, and other applications.
i want it to specifically remain solid red.
so it is visible on top of black.
