With few hours left before the declaration of CBSE Delhi 12th results, the University of Delhi has come up with new developments for the Under Graduate 2014-2015 admissions.  Complying with the need of the hour DU has released its Mobile Application for the UG admission where under one portal one can be updated with every bit of information required during the tedious -yet- imperative admission process. From the ‘Basis of Selection’ of every course to the list of ‘Open Days’ and the ‘Admission Schedule’, the App briefs you all under different tabs. The admission seekers can download the mobile application from the DU website or directly from the given link – http://du.ac.in/du/index.php?mact=News,cntnt01,detail,0&cntnt01articleid=608&cntnt01returnid=83

Sensing the huge rush of admission seekers for admission to various UG courses, DU has released an advisory notice which states that the vehicular movement will be restricted from Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station to Delhi School of Economics on Chhatra Marg and on GTB Khalsa Road (North Campus) from 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM w.e.f 2nd June to 16th June, except 8th and 15th June being Sundays. The aim is to decongest the arterial roads of the University during the rush hour. Moreover the visitors are advised to use public transport as opposed to their own transport due to limiting parking space available by the University. Also, as per DU only vehicles with valid university stickers would be allowed entry.

On the PG Admissions front, The Department of Commerce has released its Bulletin for M.Com admission 2014-2015. Additionally, the Hindi Department has also commenced the M.Phil admission process for the current session. The link for both can be found under the ‘News’ tab on the DU website.
