If so, this is the perfect role for you! One of Europe’s top 20 sales training companies is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to manage an anticipated 2017 £250K marketing spend.

The role:

Our client are seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Marketing Manager who can lead the corporate marketing function across the board. The ideal individual will have proven experience of working in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be a strategic marketer at heart, well versed in digital marketing tactics and analytics, and will have experience procuring and managing a range of suppliers and agencies. Content creation and promotion will play a key part in positioning Natural Training as well as generating leads.

Customer profiling sits at the heart of the Strategic Marketing Plan. Our client know who they need to be talking to – it’s up to you to forge an executable plan to help them get there. Therefore, they need a strong understanding of conversion path and user journey analysis from ‘cold to sold’. The campaigns you set up are critical to establishing and maintaining relationships, feeding qualified leads through to a hungry, growing sales team of around 10 individuals. You will present to the Board progress reports on a monthly basis, aiming to drive up the quality of the leads received, while driving down the cost per acquisition. Your ability to make actionable recommendations based on performance analysis is absolutely critical as it will drive future opportunities for campaigns and business growth.

Reporting to the Board, this hugely important function will use a range of marketing activities to support the sales team with qualified leads. The role will also form an integral part of the Management Team and be required to present on a weekly basis, giving the rest of the company a window into marketing success.

The person :

You will have at least 6 years’ experience in marketing management and be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in practical delivery, as well as standing back to see the bigger picture. You will ideally have experience working in a full-service marketing agency with many leading brands.

You will have a proven record of building and delivering on marketing strategies that support the overall business objectives. You won’t be afraid to shake things up when required, even if this risks disrupting the status quo.

You will have a proven record of exceeding ambitious lead generation targets and be confident reporting on results at Board level. You will also have experience in managing a substantial marketing budget over an annual period.

You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional understanding of digital marketing techniques for customer acquisition as well as how data and analytics can be used to improve marketing outcomes. You’ll have experience building and optimising PPC campaigns and be comfortable optimising web-pages for SEO and CRO.

You must be able to produce killer content that drives our market to act.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to service delivery founded on the ability to form successful and productive working relationships that enable you to be an effective manager and influencer.

Founded in 2005, they are without doubt entering its most exciting year yet. Their team is expanding with new additions planned across all departments. They’ve moved into a great new office in Aldgate East. They’re also in the latter stages of refreshing their brand presence with a customer launch planned for early 2017.

Their team is diverse and youthful, with a dynamic and ambitious vibe. You must be comfortable working closely with the Sales, Operations and Training Design functions within our closely-knit organisation. They work with several agencies and freelancers that provide support and expertise to the marketing function. These resources require day-to-day management. It is envisaged that Natural will build an in-house marketing team around you in the coming months, as your plan takes shape.
