A Calaveras County man was convicted Tuesday in federal court of participating in a year-long foreclosure auction bid-rigging conspiracy.
Donald M. Parker, of Burson, along with Andrew B. Katakis, of Modesto, was found guilty following a four-week trial in the U.S. Eastern District Court in Sacramento, the U.S. Attorney’s Office on Tuesday announced.
