yes, I understand. I don't think that positive affirmation will work in your case. It might work if you repeat them to yourself many times, but probably you don't want to do this. Did you ever try subliminal messages? you can download "Subliminal Messages" application on mindofwinner. com under "Products" (it is free). Subliminal messages are positive affirmations which are blinking very fast, so you actually don't have time to read them, but your mind still can see them. Since you don't have time to read them, you don't have time to judge them, and your mind will accept those messages, because our subconscious mind is not judging, we are the one who are judging everything.

There is another thing that I would like you to do. It can really, really help you. Just type in Google "5-Part Strategic Intervention Mini-Training", it's Anthony Robbins' training. Watch all 5 videos, you won't regret!

And please, don't make excuses and not watch it. What can happen to you is that you are so used to your habit on negative thinking that you actually believe there is no help for you, and you might find excuses why you shouldn't watch this ("I don't have a time", "probably it won't help me" etc.).

Please watch this and then create opinion about it! And let me know what have you learned from it?
