You can ask any woman what is her best experience, and the answer will be the delivery of her kids. But the sad fact is that many kids never make it when being born. Because of the high death rate, these pregnant women chose to do something so that people would be at least aware of it. The Belgian help, known as Unborn Artists, decided to do an action after seeing the infant mortality rate in the African continent.

The women said that they let their unborn babies support the African unborn babies. To do so the mothers attached brushes at their bellies in such a way that they pointed towards the painting surface which was a paper. When the babies were moving in the wombs, the brushed moved too crating paintings. These paintings were later put on sale at a baby convention so that the money raised from them could be used in letting everyone know how sad it is for unborn babied to die in countries like Togo.

This charity also prepared some other packages of brushes and paint so that other expectant women to do it in their homes.
