yummy and festive hop I couldn’t have been more excited!

I love a reason to make something sweet, and these ladies rock! Make sure you visit all of the links at the bottom

to check out so many wonderful baking ideas, recipes and food gifts for the season!!

Here is what I made,  a mix of sweet gingerbread flavor and mocha too, a perfect drink mix to add to add to your

hot cocoa station or coffee station.  And a wonderful homemade gift idea too!

Recently I shared how I make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix in a quart size Mason jar, and

printable tags to go with it.

Yeah, I am trying to keep it easy up in here this year for you and me.

I would rather go look at Christmas lights or listen to a choir than spend the whole month in the

kitchen.  It’s ok if it looks like we spent a bunch of time in the kitchen, even if we didn’t!

Here is what I use to make one of my favorite cold weather drinks:

White Chocolate Gingerbread Mocha Mix

Pint size Mason jars, rings and lids

Printable tags and directions below

String or ribbon, cinnamon stick and scissors

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of regular coffee creamer

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon cloves

1/3 cup baking cocoa

1/3 cup instant coffee granules

1/2 cup (or maybe a bit more to fill the jar all the way) white chocolate chips

Directions:

Begin with a clean dry jar and mix your sugar and creamer, spooning it into the bottom of the jar.

Tap to make sure it is level and wipe the inside edges to remove dust with a paper towel.

Next combine your spices and spoon them onto to the top of the sugar mixture, spread evenly

and repeat the paper towel step.  Add the cocoa, the coffee, then the white chocolate chips last,

making sure to add enough chocolate chips to keep the contents snug in the jar.

When your awesome gift recipient is ready to use their mix, they just stir up the contents, then

use 2 T. to every cup of hot water for a sweet gingerbread treat any time!

Here is the free printable for the tags and instructions:
