This was ~3 large mushrooms, 3 slices of Swiss cheese, I doused it with Worcestershire sauce & Salt/pepper when it was almost done

I've been getting a little back into weight lifting just a little - haven't done that for a while...since 12/2014 anyway. I went down to my weight room ~3 weeks ago & did a couple deadlifts to test the old back, it did ok, went back there a day or 2 later.....then I started researching racks (looking to buy one I used to like at the gym).... sunday before last I drew it out, next day I had 3" square tubing in the driveway.....and a week later (maybe 4-5 hours work) I had a working power cage : )

In case anyone's wondering - yes, I used the entire habanero in the burger, yes it had a little kick to it, but not much more (if more) than my regular favorite sauce of the last few years.
