Today on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, Ellen welcomed Khloe Kardashian and comedian and actor Kevin Hart. In between talking about current projects with Hart, and the shaken Kardashian family after the Paris break-in, they got to play the game Speak Out.
Khloe says that Kim is having a “hard time” in her day-to-day life after being robbed, bound and gagged in her Paris apartment during Fashion Week. Miss Khloe isn’t promising major changes in how the family promotes itself, but says, they are willing to, “…pull back a little bit”.
Big sister Kim Kardashian, says Khloe, “…. is not doing that well,” characterizing the situation as, “… incredibly traumatic,” which we all can appreciate. The family’s closeness, their vast resources and their strength to push through the most difficult of circumstances will stand them in good stead. That doesn’t mean Kim will bounce back quickly or completely, as survivors of trauma know, but she’s certainly in a better position with the amount of support she has at her disposal, both inside and outside the family.
The mood on “Ellen” brightened when Khloe spoke about her new jeans line that will be rolled out at Nordstrom. Before she lost weight and worked her body into a new shape, she was unable to go to high-end boutiques and get expensive designer jeans. At a size 12, it wasn’t that they didn’t fit, it’s that they weren’t available. She’s changing all that with The Good American Denim line of jeans.
