Tonight, PBS has fourth season finale of Sherlock and the series premiere of Victoria.

Over on cable, HBO has the series premiere of The Young Pope, History has The 44th President: In His Own Words, Showtime has the sixth season premiere of Homeland, and Starz has The Rolling Stones Ole! Ole! Ole!: A Trip Across Latin America.

Next week, PBS has the second season premiere of Mercy Street.

Madam Secretary (CBS): New. Elizabeth and her staff have a rough trip when they learn the China is already in Africa with their own development plan. The FBI wants Henry’s help investigating a member of a Christian cult.

Elementary (CBS): New. Holmes and Watson find there is more to the murder of a clown. Joan helps Bell with a personal problem.

NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS): New. Most of the team gets arrested after the mole plants evidence.

The Simpsons (FOX): New. Mr. Burns ends up bankrupt while trying to relive his youth. So, he gets Homer, Bart, rapper Jazzy James and his ex-wife, Praline to help him get revenge on the person who conned him. Lisa deals with a rich kid. Smithers goes on a dangerous journey. CBS Sports has doubleheader women’s college basketball action today with Duquesne at UMass followed by Davidson at George Washington followed by doubleheader men’s action with Cincinnati at East Carolina followed by SMU at Tulane.

ESPN has NBA action tonight with the Chicago Bulls at the Memphis Grizzlies.

ESPN2 has doubleheader women’s college basketball action today with Miami at Louisville followed by Ohio State at Purdue and tonight has first round coverage of the Australian Open tennis tournament.

ESPNU has doubleheader women’s college basketball action today with Dayton at St. Louis followed by Baylor at Kansas followed by tripleheader men’s action with Missouri State at Loyola Chicago, Georgia Tech at North Carolina State and USC at Colorado.
