Kerriann Marie Stoddard, 37, Birch Run, is charged with four counts of breaking and entering a building with intent; four counts of larceny in a building; larceny – $200 or more but less than $1,000; and children – contributing to delinquency. Pretrial was Sept. 30 and preliminary exam is Oct. 7.
Raymond William Holubec III, 43, Mayville, is charged with two counts of forgery; check – nonsufficient funds – $500 or more; check – non-sufficient funds – $100 or more but less than $500. Pretrial was Sept. 30 and preliminary exam is Oct. 7. In a separate case, Holubec is charged with sex offender – failure to comply with registration act – 3rd or subsequent offense. Edsel James Brandel, 42, Saginaw, is charged with three counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Pretrial was Sept. 30 and preliminary exam is Oct. 7.
