Mondo Gecko might make a nice edition...if he learns how to fight ''at all''. Right now, I still mainly see him as a "muggle" whose biggest power is his skateboarding ability, and who wasn't strong enough to escape Xever's exploitation by himself. But Pete doesn't extraordinary powers either, and Slash ''still'' found a place for him.
And Snakeweed? Not enough personality or character development whatsoever. He went from random human mook to random monster of the week with unexplored motives. He really has been quite wasted as a character.

Although we now have a Mutanimal team, why not have a rival team for them (other than the Foot Clan because that is the Turtles job and now the Kraang are gone, FOR NOW) like Newtralizer and his team (Maybe characters/mutants like Snakeweed, Spider-Bytez and Mondo Gecko) and they call the selves "The Newtral Newtralizers"!
Because they are Newtral (Well at least 75% of them), they are not good or bad but Newtralizer has learned to come down into battle and decides because the Kraang are gone, he and his team will work on keeping the city away from crime, like Hun and the Purple Dragons, Don Visioso, and many NYC Gangs but one day they run into the Mutanimals and they start to have a big fight about who the Heroes are in the city as Slash does not trust Newtralizer to lead a team (Referencing their last encounter) but Newtralizer says he has changed but everyone doubts it! (Heck, even I would doubt it if I were Slash) but then the Turtles show up and Mikey asks why Mondo Gecko decided to join the Bad Guy but Spider-Bytez says "We've changed a lot since the last time you say us Frogs"
