Selling or Wanted Price: $3600

I'm reposting this as a car only ad, the previous time I had it bundled with a bunch of parts.

I'm selling my 1989 Dodge Shelby Daytona. I've had the car for around 10 years and it's time for me to part with it. The body has around 82,000 miles on it. The instrument cluster went out this summer and the replacement reads higher mileage (I still have the original). The engine has only a few thousand miles on it since I don't drive the car very often. It's got a clear title. I'm open to reasonable offers. This is as complete a list as I could come up with though I'm sure I'm missing some things:

• 2.5 liter with Wiseco pistons

• TII forged rods with ARP bolts, ground, shot peened and balanced

• Windage screen in oil pan

• Mild head work, stock valves with Lunati springs

• '88 TBI roller cam with 2.0/2.4 lifters and an adjustable cam gear

• #4 cylinder cooling modification

• Custom intake manifold (shortened runners, larger plenum volume and large throttle body elbow) with a 52mm throttle body

• Ported exhaust manifold

• 3" exhaust from the turbo back with cutout and straight through Hooker muffler

• T3/T4 hybrid 50-trim turbo with a Tial wastegate set at 18 psi

• Intercooler made from 3 stock cores, Turbo XS blow off valve and an AEM oil-free air filter

• 3-bar MAP sensor

• 52 lb/hr injectors, Walbro 255 l/hr fuel pump, 3/8" fuel line and new gas tank

• Modified fuel rail -- inner tube removed and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator

• Taylor 8mm plug wires and MSD coil

• Shortened shifter and an A555 transmission with a chromoly girdle plate

• Centerforce clutch

• Eibach springs mounted on Koni shocks and struts

• Strut tower bar

• Stock front sway bar and an Addco rear sway bar

• Poly front control arm bushings, engine mounts and front sway bar bushing

• Disk brakes all around in great condition.

• Autometer dash mounted gauges: boost, temperature & oil pressure (sensor is bad on the oil pressure gauge so there is a mechanical gauge under the hood right now)

• Trunk mounted battery

• Bridgestone Potenza RE950 tires in good shape

• Headliner was just replaced

• Kenwood speakers and CD player head unit

• The backseat has been removed and carpeted over. I have the back seat (it is in really nice condition) if you'd like to reinstall it.

• This car has had A LOT of parts replaced like ball joints, starter, wheel bearings, power steering pump, steering rack etc. that aren't making this list.

There are no major issues with the car. There are a few annoyances that I never got around to fixing. The oil pressure sending unit went bad and I replaced it with a mechanical gauge so the one inside the car doesn't work. It does leak some oil. The speedometer will occasionally act up -- mostly when it's hot out.
