Expansion initiatives in D.C., N.Y. and C.A. keep firm on list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies
August 13, 2015 – Albany, N.Y. – For the seventh consecutive year, Inc. magazine has ranked Tully Rinckey PLLC as one of the nation’s fastest-growing, privately owned companies in America. Based on a 62.8 percent increase in revenue between 2011 and 2014, the coast-to-coast law firm earned its place on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list once again. Driving that revenue growth were expansion initiatives at the firm’s Washington, D.C. and Buffalo, N.Y. offices, as well as the firm’s first West Coast location in San Diego, C.A.
Since 2009, the law firm has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list every year, having gone from only two East Coast offices, with one in Albany and the other in Washington, D.C., to seven locations nationwide. The firm now has 130 employees and 66 attorneys throughout its seven offices.

April 2014
Washington, D.C. Expansion
Relocated the firm’s K. Street office in Washington to a 6,140-square-foot, seventh-floor suite in a recently redeveloped building at 815 Connecticut Ave., NW, a block away from the White House.
June 2014
Buffalo, N.Y. Expansion
Relocated the firm’s downtown Buffalo office into a newly constructed 5,090-square-foot suite at 5488 Sheridan Dr. in Buffalo that is about five times larger than the location the firm had occupied in downtown Buffalo.
September 2014
San Diego, C.A. Opening
Opened the firm’s first West Coast office at 501 West Broadway in San Diego to better serve military law, federal employment law and national security clients.
The firm’s growth, however, has not ended with these initiatives. In June of 2015, the firm opened an office in Binghamton, N.Y. The office’s managing partner is Peter P. Charnetsky, a former Broome County Family Court Judge and Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice.
Throughout New York State, Tully Rinckey PLLC provides legal services in a broad range of practice areas, including family and matrimonial law, labor and employment law, criminal defense, bankruptcy, real estate law, estate planning, corporate and commercial law, business law, and civil litigation.
