Dear Tualatin Chamber Member,
This year, the Tigard-Tualatin School District is hoping to identify as many of our incoming
2016 kindergartners as soon as possible so that we can begin preparing them for a successful
educational career in our schools. We are hoping you will be interested in supporting our
“Early Kindergarten Registration” program.
To promote early registration, we are providing red “I’m going to TTSD Kindergarten” t-shirts
for every new kindergarten enrollee. We want to encourage them to wear their t-shirts in the
community and hope your business would be interested in providing a small incentive for
students who wear their shirts into your business.
What we have in mind is offering one free item such as an ice cream cone or book or discount
for an item or service for incoming kindergartners wearing their new red t-shirts. Your
contribution would be promoted when students register and on our school and district-level
kindergarten websites.
