The Role of Team Member
We are looking for someone who has a flexible approach and can undertake a variety of cash & carry duties. You will remain focused under pressure in a time sensitive environment, be a team player and have a good eye for detail to achieve 100% accuracy and a positive can do attitude is essential.
Key Focus:
Working on the E-Commerce team: Order picking, packing and producing labels.
Cash handling/till work and delivering a quality service that exceeds customer’s expectations.
Stock replenishment therefore a Reach Truck Licence is desirable and basic numeracy skills are essential.
Loading/unloading deliveries and booking in goods onto the computer.
General housekeeping duties.
Dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone.
Confidence to ensure that all enquiries are handled in an effective knowledgeable manner to our customers.
Our candidate will be able to work flexible hours, which may involve evening and weekend work. Various hours and shifts are also available.
To be successful in our business you will need:
Experience working in a wholesale and/or a retail environment is desirable.
Experience with operating a till.
Reach-truck Forklift licence would be desirable
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Exceptional communication skills both on the phone and face to face both with external clients and internal team.
To be able to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
