Job Description:
l Provide technical support, problem solving and provide other required
service to Huawei agents and other valued service partner in the region.
l Recognize problems need to be escalated to HQ and keep track of the whole
process flow.
l Provide support and guidance to Huawei channel partner which relate to
technical enquiry, issue analysis, technical solution and document.
l Assist and audit network design and solution in the region.
l Involve in the design and implementation of signification project.
l Responsible to on site or centralized training for Huawei service partner
in the region.
l Provide support to Huawei Enterprise’s sales and team which includes
solution demonstration, configuration guide, presale testing, and service
presentation
Skills
Candidate Requirement :
#Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication,
Information and Communication Technology or computer science.
#Prefer the candidate with at least 2 year of Unified Communication such as IPPBX
(CISCO, AVAYA), Video conference, Tele-conpresence (CISCO, PolyCom), CCTV (AXIS
Communication), security alarm system experiences.
#Good PSTN, Soft Switch, IMS and Routing & switching, and Network appliances
(e.g. DNS, DHCP, NTP ) knowledge will be added advantages
#Professional Knowledge required: Such as SS7, PRA, SIP, and MGCP, H.323
#Have working experience on Servers and prefer having technique
#certification or training from ORACLE, IBM, INFORMIX, RED HAT Linux Enterprise,
SUSE Linux Enterprise, Microsoft Windows Server 2003&2008
& Microsoft SQL 2005 & 2008.
#Good communication and customer service skills and the ability, desire to work
in a collaborative team environment.
#Excellent command in English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Willing to travel for business support
#A fresh graduate with strong learning attitude is encouraged to apply.
#Who has HCIE or HCIE for VC is high priority than others.
#Who speak Arabic is high priority than others.
#Willing to work in aboard long times.
