It’s a Baby is a busy family run, independent nursery retailer specializing in premium branded baby equipment. From prams to pushchairs, Nursery furniture and all other baby essentials.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic confident individual to join our team. As the role is predominantly face to face sales,experience is essential. You will greet customer’s in store and build relationships to establish the needs of each individual through the use of open questions. You will be there to guide your customer through their purchase from start to finish. Ensuring you cater for their every need as it’s a Baby prides its self on unbeatable customer service. During this process you will be expected to understand our pricing structures, Accountancy software for processing orders and taking payments.
You will also have to liaise with customers and other in house departments over the telephone dealing with;
Customer Enquiries
Telephone Orders
Payments
After Sales Enquiries
Purchasing, Accounts and Warehousing.
An excellent telephone manor is essential.
The Person Required
You will be established in sales, preferably with experience of working to individual sales targets.
You will be customer and sales focused.
You will have a confident, supportive & warm personality combined with a can do attitude.
You will have excellent computer skills, and be confident in using basic programmes such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work under pressure.
