About Us
YourLife Management Services has been set up by McCarthy & Stone and the Somerset Care Group to manage a number of Assisted Living Developments across the country. YourLife Management Services was set up in 2010 and we currently have 48 developments across the Country ranging from Aberdeen, Wales and Devon. We have another 9 developemnts scheduled to open in 2016.
YourLife provide 24 hour management cover, domestic support and personal care by arrangement to create an environment combining security, comfort and support in a range of one and two bedroomed apartments available for purchase by people over 70 years of age. Our developments have a communal lounge, function room and on site restaurant offering home owners a 3 course meal at lunchtime. Our developments have a real community feel about them, with Home owners actively involved a wide variety of activities both within the development and out and about.
Assisted Living bridges the gap between conventional retirement living and residential or nursing care. Whilst Assisted Living is not a substitute for nursing care, the additional features and facilities offered can help postpone the need to ever consider residential care and enable people to continue to live in their own homes.
We have 24 hour staffing cover and are registered with the Care Quality Commission so that we can provide domiciliary care services.
If you join our team we will offer you:
A career pathway with excellent training to encourage progression
Company pension scheme that includes employer contributions
Fully paid induction and free Criminal Records Check
Staff Benefits Scheme including childcare vouchers and discounted high street shopping “
YourLife Rewards
”
