We are seeking trade qualified and experienced Motor Mechanics for our ongoing requirements throughout Sydney and regional NSW. All available jobs are full-time permanent, with competitive pay rates and benefits.
Local candidates are given priority. However, those on working holiday visa onshore who are immediately available, as well as offshore candidates who can readily move and get onboard within 1-2 months’ notice, are also welcome to apply. Visa sponsorship may be offered to the most suitable candidates.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Certificate III/IV in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or its equivalent (your overseas trade qualification must be recognised in Australia, or if not, VETASSESS certificate is required, including passing IELTS scores)
* Minimum 5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in mechanical repairs and servicing is a must
* Current or previous experience in a lead/supervisory capacity within a service workshop environment would be an advantage
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Driven to excel and able to work well as part of a team
* Current trade license and driver’s license
* Ideally with own tools
We are also recruiting Automotive Technicians for large European car dealerships throughout the country. Solid employment history in Audi, VW, BMW, Renault, Peugeot, Land Rover, and/or Porsche, and manufacturers’ training qualifications/registration would be highly regarded.
