Positions  :

1.  Assistant Vice President
He will be primarily responsible for Acquisition and servicing of clients who are doing Investments these investments includes office space, commercial space, retail farm land and residential properties. To build and maintain rapport with clients to generate leads and referrals. Identify areas of development; give recommendations to ensure motivated & cohesive team. He should be dynamic in both self sourcing and team handling. Plan and implement marketing strategies.

2.  Real Estate Managers
The main responsibility of real estate sales managers is to motivate their agents to close sales. Managers develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale. After training, managers set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve. These goals are tracked through sales meetings that are conducted by the manager. During the meeting, sales managers discuss whether or not the sales team, as a whole, is meeting goals. If the goals are not met, sales managers offer advice and motivation. Sales managers may offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goals.

Skill Set :
Managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force
Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work with a team to achieve sales target.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment

3. Real Estate  Assistant Managers
Real estate ASM’s help clients buy or sell properties. They work for real estate brokers who are licensed to manage real estate businesses. ASM use their knowledge of the local property market and their experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients’ needs.

Skills Set:
These ASM must have good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers and sellers from a wide range of backgrounds. They also must be good negotiators and mediators to help buyers and sellers agree to terms. They must have good knowledge of the property market in their area and be familiar with local facilities — schools, shopping and mass transportation — so that they can provide their clients with the information they need to make decisions. Real estate ASM need good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.
