A brand new position for an experienced Marketing Fundraising Manager to join a well-known charity organisation. In this role you will be overseeing and improving the organisation’s fundraising strategy for large seasonal fundraising campaigns.
You will work with multiple senior stakeholders within the organisation and focus on building strong relationships with key donors and major givers across the country. You will also be managing a junior fundraising coordinator, and ensure key initiatives are executed according to strict timelines.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and develop the national fundraising strategy that will run across multiple states in Australia. This will include an end-to-end plan of the donor journey.
– Work closely with the Head of Fundraising to manage the performance of key fundraising campaigns and new program initiatives.
– Oversee the development of fundraising marketing collateral and fundraising products.
– Manage relationships with large donors, supporters and high level managers of affiliated organisations.
– Manage junior staff
– This role may require occasional travel interstate to engage existing major supporter across the country.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong experience in growing income from fundraising initiatives
• Strategic thinker and strong background in marketing or communications
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Experience in managing staff (desirable)
• Experience in the charity/ not-for profit sector (desirable)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
