JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

To care for existing high affluent clients, acquire lost clients (to our competition), and attract new
clients within the high income segment. AlRuwwad clients are high income professionals (Doctors, Judges, CEO’s, Ministers etc) who need constant customer care, follow up, monthly client visits, weekly communication, and finally a relationship manager who goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction with KFH Group offer. Ensure strict adherence to achieving the Job KPI which include and not limited to Generating revenue, increasing sales growth, and achieving a perfect customer experience and Service Excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Relationship Management

Ensure Zero-Loss of existing clients.

Ensure Clients are visited at their domicile/work/venue of their choice, and a schedule is maintained on a daily basis for such activities. Visits/Calls will ensure all clients are visited at least 4 times a year. Timing of the visits will depend of the client’s choice (during Morning/afternoon/Evening “Men”)

Ensure a list of prospects are called upon regularly to achieve the goal of conversion to clients.

Maintain daily activity of communicating with client via Telephone/email/Messages and ensure their banking needs at KFH are satisfied.

Ensure Marketing & sale of Financing (Murabaha/Tawaruq) against Deposit or Salary (consumer/instalment),

Ensure Marketing & sale of Investment funds offered by KFH and made available to the segment.

Ensure Marketing & sale of KFH liability products (Accounts/Deposits), Cards, E-Channels etc…

Be always prepared and on standby to reply to clients queries, complaints, and request on a 24/7 basis.

Ensure KYC policy and spirit is adhered to, and client’s files are in order, complete, updated, and have sufficient information in our systems and databases.

Build and manage AlRuwwad customer portfolio and develop business case to acquire new relationships and broaden existing ones.

Achieve sales targets set for AlRuwwad Sales by Sales Management and ensure the revenue and profitability targets are met.

Provide AlRuwwad customers with comprehensive advisory services on a range of KFH products and solutions to ensure high quality customer centric service.

Act as the “one-point of contact” to fulfil all needs (e.g., day-to-day transactions and product applications) of AlRuwwad customers.

Execute AlRuwwad segment’s value proposition in coordination with Segment & Sales Management and as per Retail Banking service quality standards.

Coordinate with Branch staff and Retail Credit (and other relevant parties) to ensure processing of customer needs on a priority basis.

Complete required lead generation, sales targets and incentives forms to ensure timely submission for review and sign off.

Solicit client feedback on value proposition and for new product ideas and ensure communication of customer feedback to Segment & Sales Management.

File all customer complaints and communicate them to Customer Complaints team in a timely manner.

Implement corrective actions suggested by Sales Management to improve sales.

Internal Collaboration

Ensure the spirit of team work within in AlRuwwad, and within KFH.

Ensure collaboration with Group Retail & Private Banking and other segments to enhance the customer experience and achieve better returns for KFH.

Ensure complete cooperation with Audit & Compliance department of the bank.

Communicate list of delinquent customers to Collections & Follow-Up to ensure prompt handling of any related issues.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

Recommend improvements to functional procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Related Assignments

Visiting clients or attending to client’s request out of working hours is the nature of AlRuwwad and any high affluent segment.

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Key Performance Indicators:

Authority & DECISION MAKING:

Key decisions having significant impact on AlRuwwad Sales are referred to the Head of AlRuwwad In charge for approval before implementation.

The jobholder exercises financial and operational authority as per the level established by the KFH management and stipulated in the authority matrix.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in business or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

3 years of post-qualification experience (5 years of experience for diploma holders) in retail sales with 2 years of experience in a similar position with a financial institution.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

Extensive knowledge of the banking sector in Kuwait and the region.

Knowledge of Islamic Banking Industry.

Selling skills.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to drive and achieve desired results within the defined time duration.

Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment.

Excellent time management skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure.

Advanced computer and MS office skills.

Cultural understanding.

Arabic speaking preferred.
