We have a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years digital marketing experience in our Search, Social & Media Team.

Our Media Execs work across all media channels (Search, Social Media, Display, Affiliate, E-mail, Native and Earned Media) supporting our Media Managers and Consultants in delivering creative and effective campaigns. This role will focus on supporting Organic Search (SEO) and Paid and Organic Social Media campaigns.

The role is perfect for a talented junior marketer with 1-2 years experience looking to step up to greater responsibility and learn as part of a busy Media team within a multi-award winning full service digital media agency.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as reporting, keyword research and on-page optimisation for clients across a range of verticals as learning and eventually leading on more advanced SEO techniques.

They will also support social media by writing posts and updates, scheduling and posting using a variety of tools, monitoring, reporting and helping to deliver tactical content in line with strategy.

We’re looking for someone to impress us with their talent, enthusiasm and desire to deliver great results for our clients. In return we’ll invest in making you a great Media Exec by mentoring you, teaching you new skills and encouraging you to come up with solutions to the challenges we face every day.

A good baseline understanding of media channels

Preferably 1-2 years experience in a media or full service agency

Responsibilities:

Contributing to client success

You will be part of the teams creating innovative and exciting strategies to meet client’s business needs. You will learn about their services, care about their campaigns and find yourself able to identify their products at a glance. This passion for previously unheard of merchandise will help you to creatively contribute towards their search and social stratagems and ensure we deliver the success the client expects. And you’ll make a mean cup of tea.

Research and strategy support

As a linchpin of any marketing campaign, we rely on well researched data to ensure that we’re properly informed and planning appropriate activity for our clients. Working in conjunction with Analytics, Strategy and UX experts as necessary and using a variety of tools you will help gather and organize this data and share it within the company.

Reporting and Improving

Working closely with other members of the team you will ensure that accurate and insightful reports are produced at agreed intervals for a range of clients, looking beyond the figures to provide analysis, insight and recommendations for further activity to improve results.

Account Administration

As a member of the client-facing team for a variety of clients you will be responsible for ensuring that a range of tasks are completed on time and to deadline, working with other team members or from your own tasklist. You will monitor performance and work with the senior team to plan and execute strategies.
