The Orcfather
Project By: MAGE Company
Orcfather is a hidden role based game along the same vein as Avalon and Resistance. Unlike Avalon or Resistance, where no one knows who is evil and who is good; players in Orcfather already know what mafia family made up of fantasy tropes they are a part of. Instead, they are trying to figure out who is the Godfather, or Orcfather, of the opposite family and kill them while trying to defend their own without being obvious to who carries the title Orcfather in their own family.
The game provides an interesting twist on the hidden role genre of games. The roles or character cards themselves aren’t hidden, but the player chosen Orcfather for the family team is. Not only can players attack or defend, they also have a business action. The business action allows a player to choose one of the business cards, giving them different abilities, weapons, or business buildings. The buildings are another way that a mafia family can win. Once a family owns a certain amount of businesses depending on the player count, they win the game; throw in some random event cards, and you have some chaos, killing, and protecting of your kind as a party game.

Dragon Tides
Project By: Alexander Kim
Evolving Storyline? Dice and card driven mechanics? BRUCE AND BRANDON LEE?
Need I say more? Bruce Lee, LLC has given AJG the rights to use Brandon and Bruce Lee’s likeness in the board game Dragon Tides.
The board game will include a scenario book that will be the driving force behind each player’s evolving storylines. Combat is resolved with dice and special ability cards as you make your way through the hordes of henchman, defeating Midbosses, fighting your way up the food chain for the inevitable fight against the Boss himself.
Dragon Tides is an ode to the martial arts street fighting games of yesteryear. The minis will be sculpted by Greenbrier Games and the game will come with two modes of play; cooperatively and competitively.
They will be charging shipping after the Kickstarter concludes They’ll do this through the Pledge Manager after the campaign concludes. It’ll be $11 to ship in the USA, about $20-$25 in the EU (due to VAT), $11 to Hong Kong and $15 – $25 Australia and New Zealand.
Rise of the Kage
Project By: GCT Studios
Rise of the Kage is a stealth ninja miniatures board game for 2-4 players. Players will either play as the ninjas determined to take down the Takashi clan by completing different missions, or they can play as the unsuspecting guards, loyal to the Takashi Clan.
Every ninja has their strength and weaknesses. The squad of ninjas play cooperatively, trying to balance the time staking effort of stealth and the quick, loud playstyle of recklessness as they compete against not only the guards, but time as well. Alert too many guards and they will surely sound the alarm. Take too long and daybreak will be upon you before you can complete your mission. Do you have what it takes to take down the Takashi Clan? Or will you be able to successfully deter the ninjas vengeance til another night?
Shipping will be charged after the Kickstarter concludes based on the actual cost.
Bomb Squad
Project By: Tasty Minstrel Games
Tasty Minstrel Games has a new Kickstarter that just went live. They are publishing their first cooperative board game called Bomb Squad.
Bomb Squad pits the players in a race against the clock. The gameplay mechanics resemble a smash up of Robo Rally and Hanabi. Players will have their cards faced away from them, so only their partners can see what they have. The cards are program directions for the robot. On your turn, you can play a card face down for the programming code of the robot, discard a card to gain more battery for the robot, or give one of your partners a clue. Quickly take turns making decisions before your ten minute bomb timer is up! Can you save the hostages? Or, will the building and hostages be blown up?
Different pledge levels for different shipping needs.
