I am so excited to be celebrating the soon-to-be arrival of one of my favorite blogger’s little bundle of joy! Lauren from The Thinking Closet is one of those people who is just exploding with positivity and joy that you can almost feel it coming at you right through your computer screen. Materials:

Double-Sided Scrapbook Paper

Spray Adhesive

Instructions:

1. Print the Customizable Baby Shower Invites Free File from the links below. Use the Studio file for a Silhouette cutting machine and the SVG file for any other machine. You’re going to print the file first and then run through the machine to cut out the umbrella shape. Use the file to cut the background from coordinating double-sided scrapbooking paper. I loved how festive this confetti paper looked on the umbrella and was the perfect solid pink for the back!

Step Two. Spray the back of the cutout and adhere in place over the background paper. Press by hand or with a brayer to make sure you’ve got a good stick.

Step Three. Fill in the specifics for your party, seal in an appropriately sized envelope, and send off to all the invited guests!

Card Chameleon

My favorite thing about making these cards is that you can adjust the background paper to match any theme or style of baby shower! There are tons of amazingly different scrapbook papers out there that you’re sure to find one that matches. I absolutely love the look of the blue diagonal stripes for a shower welcoming a baby boy!

Best Wishes

I hope you all find this free file useful and join with me in wishing Lauren a wonderful last trimester full of joy and sweet baby hiccups! Lauren, you’re such an authentic and kind person, I have no doubt in my mind that you’re going to be an amazing mother. Hope you enjoyed your virtual baby shower!
