Are you tired of spending a lot of money on expensive toys and not having your kids play with them? These are the toys that my kids play with most … and they are all reasonably priced. They make great gifts and provide hours of fun!

Leap Frog | $99

My kids love their Leap Frogs! I love them because they’re easier to manage than tablets. They are super secure and easy to use. They are great for road trips, too! There are some games included, and we’ve bought a few more, but my kids have the most fun with the camera and video functions where they videotape each other being silly!

Dalmation Vet  Kit | $27

Alyssa got this Dalmation Carrier Set for Christmas and my kids play with it every day. They use the doctor set on their stuffed animals and each other.

Giant Puzzle Stow & Go | $20

If you like puzzles but don’t like the space they take up, consider this Giant Stow & Go. It’s a weird design (there is a blow up tube that you use with a felt mat), but it really works!

Giant Marker & Watercolor Pad | $6

My kids love art and this is my favorite art pad. It’s large, so they can fill it up, and the paper is a bit thicker than most pads.

Action Cubes | $14

My kids love these action cubes! We use them in between our homeschooling subjects. They roll the dice and then perform the exercise, such as 12 jumping jacks or 4 toe touches. And since I join in it’s good exercise for me, too!

Melissa & Doug Firefighter Costume | $25
My little guy loves this firefighter costume. I bought it for Halloween last year but he still wears it almost every day!

Pictionary Man Game | $33

Whenever we have game night my kids want to play this most. The older kids (who can read well) join in the drawing, and the little kids have fun guessing!

Lego Super Heroes | $6

We are huge LEGO fans around here, but the problem with sets is that after you build them once and take them apart it’s hard to find all the pieces again. My little guy loved these Superhero sets. And he’s played with the figures and cars over and over again.

Baby Doll Care Set | $30

My little girls love playing baby, and sometimes the simplest items are the most used. They love this baby care set and this carrier. Both are used every day!

Easy-Bake Oven | $68

I always wanted an Easy-Bake Oven when I was a little girl. I never got one, but my 11-year-old did. She loves it! She’s baked up a lot of things, and I recently discovered there are recipes online (instead of the mixes), which makes it a lot cheaper.

Clothes for American Girl Doll | $50

My girls love their American Girl Dolls but the clothes are SO expensive. Seriously I’ve paid more for an American Girl doll outfit than I have for one of my own outfits! I’ve discovered that they love doll clothes from other brands just as well. Just search for “18” doll clothes.” Here is a great set that’s also a great deal.

Cordless Vacuum | $116

Okay, this really isn’t a toy, but it’s my little guy’s FAVORITE thing to do. He loves vacuuming all my floors, which I LOVE! So if you get this for yourself your kids will no doubt love using it!
