He is survived by his wife Mary.
A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Friday February 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the South Chapel of Calvary Chapel, 2401 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL. 33309.
